Delivery & Insurance

Delivery and Insurance

AUTrading.eu arranges secure delivery of physical silver coins, bars, tubes and monster boxes, subject to the destination, order value, product availability and courier restrictions.

Delivery and insurance arrangements are reviewed individually and confirmed as part of the private quotation process. Customers should not assume that delivery is available to every country or that the same terms apply to all orders.

Delivery Availability

Available delivery methods depend on several factors, including:

  • The customer’s delivery country and address;

  • The type and quantity of silver ordered;

  • The total weight and value of the shipment;

  • Courier availability and insurance limits;

  • Customer verification requirements; and

  • Any legal, customs or operational restrictions.

Larger or higher-value orders may require specialist delivery arrangements. An order may also be divided into multiple shipments where this is necessary for security, weight or insurance purposes.

The available delivery method, expected charges and any relevant restrictions will be explained before the order is confirmed.

Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are calculated separately for each transaction. Charges may be affected by the destination, shipment value, parcel weight, courier service and level of insurance required.

Any applicable delivery and insurance fees will be included in the final quotation or order confirmation. Customers will have an opportunity to review these costs before accepting the quotation.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. Delays may occur because of customs inspections, courier disruptions, adverse weather, security reviews or other circumstances outside our control.

Insured Shipments

Where insurance is available, the applicable cover and limits will be confirmed before payment is completed.

Insurance may be subject to specific conditions, including approved delivery destinations, signature requirements and restrictions on redirecting parcels. Customers must follow the delivery instructions provided for the order.

Insurance cover may be affected where a customer supplies incorrect information, requests an unauthorised delivery change or instructs a courier to leave a parcel unattended.

Tracking and Receipt

Tracking information may be provided after dispatch where supported by the selected courier service.

Deliveries may require the recipient or another authorised person at the address to provide a signature. Customers should inspect the external condition of the parcel upon receipt and report any visible damage, interference or delivery discrepancy as soon as possible.

Packaging, labels and supporting documents should be retained while an issue is being investigated.

Customs, Taxes and Import Requirements

International customers are responsible for checking whether silver bullion can be legally imported into their country.

Unless expressly included in the quotation, the customer is responsible for customs declarations, import taxes, duties, handling charges and any other costs imposed by local authorities or delivery providers.

AUTrading.eu cannot guarantee that a shipment will be released by customs within a particular period.

Accurate Delivery Information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We may request identification, proof of address or additional information before dispatching an order.

Orders are normally released only after cleared payment, completion of required verification checks and final confirmation of the delivery arrangements.

Delivery and insurance terms are confirmed separately for every approved transaction. Customers should review all quotation and order documents carefully before sending payment.
